Yoga Teacher Training Courses (YTTC) are offered in various types of training hours– 200-Hr, 300-Hr or 500-Hr. The number of training hours for Online-YTTC remain the same. Asan Yoga offers a unique combination of training methodology of two traditional forms of Yoga Education – Iyengar Style (With Yoga Props) and Ashtanga Yoga (Mysore Style).
200-Hr Online YTTC is based on the Primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga style, using techniques of Iyengar Yoga. It is designed for beginner yoga practitioners, to take the first step in their yoga journey. The Online YTTC 200-Hr sets the foundation for advance yoga poses and theoretical knowledge, including yoga anatomy and yoga philosophy.
On a physical level, the asanas (poses) of the primary series build strength and flexibility in the body. It also helps in loosening tight muscles, realigning the overall posture and detoxifying physiological systems of the body. The 200-Hr Online YTTC qualifies the teacher to take a step forward in the 300-Hr Online YTTC.
300-Hr Online YTTC is based on the Intermediate series of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga style, using techniques of Iyengar Yoga. It is designed for re-strengthening your primary poses and upgrading to the advance techniques. The advance poses work on strengthening the spine and opening the energy channels.
500-Hr Online YTTC makes you a 500-Hr registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). On completion of 200-Hr Online YTTC and 300-Hr Online YTTC, one becomes a 500-Hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT)
