People suffering from High Blood Pressure, Epilepsy, Vertigo, Pregnant women, Hernia, Cardiovascular disease, Detached retina, Clinical anxiety or panic attacks, Detached retina, Psychosis, a history of stroke, recent surgery (wounds, broken bones still healing should not practice this flow.)
This flow is designed for all beginners to Intermediate practitioners.
All beginners will get modification wherever it is needed.
All Intermediate practitioners will be encouraged to level up in the flow.
