What will you get in this workshop?

The acquired studies during the workshop:

The primary goal of the workshop is to understand the power of breath through the process of Examination – Experiment – Experience.

Breath is a vital aspect of human existence. When misunderstood, it can have negative impacts on the body and mind. Our objective is to promote breath awareness and advocate for the correct methods of pranayama techniques derived from ancient yogic practices. Pranayama has the ability to prevent physical and mental ailments and can even treat and reduce diseases when practiced under the guidance of medical science. Pranayama practices have a profound impact on the body, mind, and psyche, preparing one for Dhyana, or meditation.

Classical yoga promotes various pranayama techniques such as Kapalbhati, Bhastrika, Nadi Shodhan, Anulom Vilom, Bhramari, Ujjayi, Sheetali, and Seetakari Pranayama. When these pranayama techniques are combined with Bandhas (Internal Locks), Mudras (Gestures), and appropriate ratios like 1:1 or 1:2, they have miraculous effects on our system.

In this workshop, participants will receive a customized pranayama sequence tailored to address their individual body and mind limitations.
